Creative design for businesses, brands and special occasions.

A little about me

“ I’m Josh, the person behind The Visual Pitch studio. I’ve always enjoyed being creative and bringing ideas to life through design. I started the studio to turn that passion into something of my own, helping businesses and individuals create designs that feel right for them.

Whether it’s building a brand from scratch or creating something special for an event, I love getting stuck into new ideas and seeing them come together. “

My work

Logo Design - The Lichfield Coffee Company

A logo concept for The Lichfield Coffee Company, using a deep green and gold colour palette to create a classic, understated look. The aim was to give the brand a warm, premium feel while keeping the design simple, distinctive and easy to recognise. A sample concept created for my design portfolio.
Social Media Mock Up - Fresh & Fit Cafe

A selection of social media designs created for Fresh & Fit Café as part of a university branding project. The posts were designed to bring the brand identity across to social media, using the chosen colours, typography and visual style to create a consistent look and feel. A great example of how a brand can be carried through into its day to day marketing.
Logo Design - Duke & Moon

A logo concept for Duke & Moon, a fictional clothing brand. I wanted to create something with its own identity that could work across clothing labels, packaging and other branded items. A concept project I really enjoyed bringing together.
Website Layout - Moonshot Creative

A Figma wireframe created as part of a university project, mapping out the layout, structure and user journey of a website before moving into the visual design stage. The focus was on creating a clear, easy to navigate layout and planning how the content would work across the site.
Branding Pack - Fresh & Fit Cafe

A look at the colour palette from my Fresh & Fit Café branding project, created as part of my university work. The palette is a monochromatic colour scheme, based on the colour green which was inspired by nature, environment, health and wellness. The primary colours are Fresh Leaf Green (#73C25C) and Eco Green (#33953F) which are bold, bright colours, This reflects sustainability. The Secondary Colour is Tea Green (#E7F1C2) which is used in the logo, it adds softness to the brand design. The accent colour used for large headings and the body text is Dark Olive (#293C13), this helps make the design stand out by offering contrast. This type of colour scheme leans into colour theory which says that green is linked to growth.
Tone of Voice & Layout Guidelines - Fresh & Fit Cafe

A look at the tone of voice and layout guidelines from my Fresh & Fit Café branding project, created as part of my university work. The aim was to give the brand a warm, friendly feel, with a consistent tone and clean, easy-to-follow layouts across its marketing materials.
